We take appropriate disciplinary measures to enforce the responsibilities of our Agency Professionals regarding client information. Sharing Information with Third Parties for Their Marketing or Other Purposes:

We do not sell any personal information that we collect about our potential, current, or former clients. We do not share any information that we collect about potential, current or former clients to any third party. Therefore, you do not need to take any action to prevent disclosure.

From time to time, in order to make sure the rates you have are the most competitive, we will share information about you that is needed to rate coverage, with a broker or other agent.

Most of our carriers require us to provide the information listed above in order to accurately price the risk. As is the case with us, they do not disclose this information to Third Parties.
